It was indeed a great pleasure to present ‘REIMAGINE CX’ to you at the recently concluded INSURANCE INDIA SUMMIT 2016 on 19th & 20th May at The Lalit, Mumbai.

My presentation on Reimagine Customer Service which captured the shifts in CX in the Insurance Industry and the role Technology can play in gearing up your organization to not just manage these shifts, but leverage them as well. I am sure my attached deck will help you prepare for trends around Omni-Channel and Self-Service framework which clearly came out as the next frontier in CX, and was evidently the biggest trend/challenge for Insurance companies.
